Curtains

Custom curtains were made and designed to work with mini slide rails attached around the motorhome.

Dining table

A Nuova Mapa Telescopic table kit was utilised with a bench top matching the kitchen benchtop.

The table top  slides in both directions as well as rotating as required.

For converting the dinette to a single bed, the table telescopes down underneath the bed.

Dinette / second bed

Work has started on the dinette / second bed area which is between the drivers seat and the fridge/microwave cupboard.
The dinette will comprise a Nuova Mapa telescoping, sliding and revolving table between two seats facing each other for normal meals, casual use. The seats incorporate the sealed house battery storage box in the rear and a bedding storage box towards the front.
For second bed use, the table drops down and the seat cushion backs and bottoms on jack-knife hinges slide towards the middle to form a flat single bed.

The temporary power panel panel has been removed and power routed to the permanent power panel above the dinette.

The back wall off the dinette has been insulated and sealed off with alloy composite panel.

Futon bed hinges have been added to the ply for easy conversion form seating to sleep and they have been extensively drilled for extra ventilation.

120mm Dunlop Premium Stamina flexible foam topped with Dacron has been used for the seat/bed cushions

An upholstered foot board has been added and the storage box has been lined/covered

Rebecca has been busy at home with the sewing machine and these came up beautifully.

LPG / Gas provision

A gas box kit was sourced from DIY RV, assembled with supplied instructions and wrap was applied to the lid.

A suitable opening was made on the rear driver's side and the box was fixed in place with Sika 252.

Satellite Dish

We selected a SatKing Promax automatic satellite receiver to cater for our entertainment on the road which will allow us to arrive at our destination and be able to lock into satellite signals within a minute of the press of a button.
The signal will supply our Satking DVBS2-800CA VAST (Viewer Access Satellite Television) receiver which can receive all free to air channels and sub channels as well as any satellite pay TV services like Foxtel.
This was mounted over the forward cabin area so as to not cover or impact our solar array with the controller mounted near the TV.

Kitchen / Laundry Benchtop and Cupboards

In an effort to keep weight down, our Kitchen / Laundry cupboards and bench top unit is made of welded and riveted alloy angle section with a light weight V-Lite PVC drawer assembly on soft auto close runners located at centre with a gas burner stove above.
The right hand bay allows access to the OEM under floor vehicle battery hatch and contains some light weight shelves with the sink overhead and water filter.
The left hand bay accommodates the washing machine with a hinged benchtop for easy access.
